Obstacle Course
By participating in this activity you are agreeing to abide by our rules, you are assuming all risk and liability, and you are giving your consent for us to touch and handle and assist your child. You fully understand this activity involves jumping on air filled entertainment toy(s) and there are health and safety risks associated with this type of activity. assume all risk of injury and/or death associated with this event, and you waive all rights, and agree to hold Harmless the event FSMG, Dino Encounters INC, Ozark Bounce LLC, its owners, employees, staff, and volunteers.
You confirm your child is in good physical condition and does not suffer from any disabilities or physical conditions that places them at risk or otherwise should prohibit their participation.
This is an obstacle course that may prove physically challenging to your child. Staff cannot determine if your child can successfully complete the obstacle course. Parents are responsible for observing the nature of the obstacles and determining if your child can complete the obstacle course.
Riders must be ages 3 to 10 and under 5 ft.
Parents must notify staff of children with disabilities or with special needs.
Only Dino Encounters Staff are allowed in the obstacle course. Parents are not allowed in the obstacle course without staff permission. If your child needs to be removed from the obstacle course, please notify a staff member. The staff member will attempt to verbally encourage your child to exit the obstacle course and if that fails, will enter the obstacle course to assist your child. The staff member will touch and handle your child during this assist.
- No running around the obstacle course.
- No horseplay around or in the obstacle course.
- No flipping or rolling down the slide.
- No climbing up the slide or pulling the teeth.
- Please remove all sharp objects before entering the obstacle course.
- Please remove all loose items such as necklaces, bracelets, bags and cell phones before entering the obstacle course.
Staff will allow up to 10 participants in the obstacle course at one time for five (5) minutes.
Any cursing or yelling, roughhousing, disrespect for other patrons or Dino Encounters property or staff and you and/or your child will not be allowed to participate and will be asked to leave.
If you or your child damages our property, we reserve our right to pursue all means available to recover damages and financial loss.
Dinosaur Rides
By participating in this activity you are agreeing to abide by our rules, you are assuming all risk and liability, and you are giving your consent for us to physically handle and assist your child.
You waive all rights, and agree to hold harmless the event Dino Encounters INC, Ozark Bounce LLC, its owners, employees, staff, and volunteers.
Riders must be 12 years & under and/or under 5 ft tall.
Riders under the age of 4, non-English speaking, riders with disabilities or special needs must be accompanied by an adult. Otherwise, adults are to wait outside the activity area.
Rider must be able to sit upright on their own.
Please wait for staff to seat the rider and assist with the stairs.
Do not climb on the stairs without staff.
Please pick your dino in advance and be ready when it is your turn.
When the ride is over, please wait for staff to assist you to dismount and exit.
Any cursing or yelling, roughhousing, disrespect for other patrons or Dino Encounters property or staff and you and/or your child will not be allowed to participate and will be asked to leave.
If you or your child damages our property, we reserve our right to pursue all means available to recover damages and financial loss.
Gyroscope Rides
By participating in this activity you are agreeing to abide by our rules, you are assuming all risk and liability, and you are giving your consent for us to physically handle and assist your child. You waive all rights, and agree to hold harmless the event Dino Encounters INC, Ozark Bounce LLC, its owners, employees, staff, and volunteers.
Riders under the age of 4, non-English speaking, riders with disabilities or special needs must be assisted by an adult. Otherwise, adults are to wait outside the activity area.
Rider must be able to stand upright on their own.
Please wait for staff to assist rider into the gyroscope.
Do not climb into gyroscope without staff.
When the ride is over, please wait for staff to assist you to vacate the gyroscope and exit.
